If you choose to have ODS provide documentation, we will send you a detailed listing of your transactions organized by crude type. Each location receives a separate invoice. The invoice is sent out only when all of the applicable pipeline companies have balanced their systems and we have proof that all transactions have been accounted for. Although we make every attempt to get your information to you as soon as possible, the earliest we can send invoices out is the sixth working day in the month following the scheduled transaction month.

For each barrel of crude oil that is tracked by ODS during any monthly period, the charges are as follows:

• Any volume that a company is shipping into or out of a location where other customers are involved is charged $0.0020 per barrel.
  
  
• Any volume that is transferred from one company to another at a location is charged $0.0055 per barrel.
